Hannah Lahr is the Marketing Manager for Summit Property Management. She is responsible for all aspects of outbound property specific marketing as well as brand consistency across all Sentinel Peak / Summit assets. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with two bachelor’s degrees, Hannah immersed herself in the multifamily industry including roles in property management, corporate strategy, resident services & retention, social media management, in-house training, community involvement, leasing protocol, vendor management and she is also actively involved in growing the Summit culture on site and amongst local apartment associations. Hannah is an ultimate team player who enjoys the tough assignments and coaching those around her on lessons learned to enhance property value on an everyday basis.
Katherine Maestas
Property Manager, Kairoi ResidentialWith a distinguished career in sales and multifamily property management, Katherine has made a significant impact in the industry. Over the course of her career, Katherine has successfully managed 11 multifamily properties and is currently embarking on her third lease-up project, demonstrating a strong expertise in handling the complexities of multifamily management.

Krista Hurley
Industry Principal, Front Office Leasing, RealPage, Inc.Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.
Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.
She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
