Travis Coley
Director of Training and Development, Cambridge Management, Inc.Travis is Director of Training and Development at Cambridge Management and has worked in the multifamily industry for 25 years. He started his journey as a leasing agent for a small conventional property in Springfield, MO with the intention of it being a temporary thing while he “figured out what he really wanted to do with his life.”
Travis quickly rose through the ranks, serving in numerous roles throughout his career from Community Manager to Regional Manager, even Director of Employee Engagement. Along the way, he discovered his niche in training and development where he finds inspiration in teaching others and providing them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive. Although he enjoys training employees in every aspect of property management, he holds a special place in his heart for Affordable and Fair Housing. In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new locations.

He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®); a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP®); a National Affordable Housing Management Professional – Executive (NAHP-e); a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM); and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Barry is a national speaker and trainer on sustainability and green property management. He earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Social Welfare and a B.A. in Sociology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
Ashwin Naik
