Market Intelligence Webcast: Q3 Desert & Mountain Update
The Desert and Mountain region has been a popular location in recent years, with investment interest increasing following a surge of migration from coastal markets beginning in 2020. Developers have noticed that many markets are experiencing inventory growth that is well above the long-term norm. But despite solid demand drivers, rent growth has been lagging the national average and some operators are offering discounts to support occupancy.
Many questions remain about whether this region is still preferred and how long the tenuous supply and demand imbalance will continue.
Join RealPage® market experts Adam Couch and Arben Skivjani for this interactive webcast, where they’ll discuss key apartment performance indicators and provide a near-term outlook for the Desert and Mountain regions.
