Jeff Phaneuf is the VP of Finance & Planning at BXP, where he oversees Budgeting & Planning, Corporate Lease Administration, and Accounts Receivable & Collections. BXP is one of the largest public real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the U.S., with a significant presence in Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
BXP, a fully integrated real estate company organized as a REIT, has more than 50 years of experience developing, owning, managing and acquiring exceptional properties in dynamic gateway markets. Including properties owned by joint ventures, BXP’s portfolio totals 54.1 million square feet and 192 properties with 12 under construction or redevelopment. BXP assets include office, retail (including one under redevelopment), residential (including one under construction) and hotel properties.
Jeff joined BXP in 1996 and since the company’s public offering in 1997, he has focused on staffing, operational practices and procedures, and process improvements, including the integration of technology in the Budgeting & Forecasting, Lease Administration, and Accounts Receivable departments.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Assumption College. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Canton Co-operative Bank in Canton, Mass., as well as the Board for Canton Youth Hockey.
John Cronin

A dedicated BXP employee since 1999, John’s passion lies in using technology to improve the budgeting and planning process. He has achieved significant success using software development and technology adoption to facilitate real-time information flow throughout the organization. John has extensive experience leading software development projects from initial strategic decision-making through development, testing, deployment, rollout and user adoption. John has a degree in Accounting from City and Islington College.
