With more than 28 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Joe’s career spans conventional, affordable and student property types — specifically Class A development, mid-rise and high-rise construction since 1995. Specializing in lease-up, property repositioning and brand management, his base of knowledge includes market analysis, due diligence, new construction feasibility, marketing strategy and maximizing operational performance.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Joe joined The Morgan Group in October 2018. In addition to property management experience with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Riverstone Residential Group, his expertise includes positions within the marketing consulting and advertising sector of the multifamily industry.
Morgan Anderson
Senior Vice President, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.Morgan is responsible for the design, marketing and implementation of insurance and risk management programs for real estate portfolio owners, developers, managers and investors. He joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2004 and has 21 years of insurance industry experience, including complex all risk property insurance programs for earthquake, flood, wind and terrorism, as well as management liability and general liability coverages.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Southern Methodist University. He holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management designations, and is a licensed general lines and surplus lines agent. Morgan is involved in the Urban Land Institute, serving on the National Multifamily Green Product Council. He was named a Power Broker in Real Estate Risk Management by Risk & Insurance Magazine in 2012, 2014, 2016 (finalist), 2019 and 2022.
Andrew Bowen
Vice President & Industry Principal, RealPage, Inc.Andrew Bowen serves RealPage customers and partners as a Vice President and Industry Principal dedicated to the Institutional and Build-to-Rent spaces. For over a decade, his focus has been on the tools that help investors and operators of multifamily real estate drive yield through better leveraging data and analytics.
Considered one of the experts on revenue management in multifamily, he is a regularly featured speaker on both the webcast and conference circuit, bringing a passion backed by over 20 years of operational experience to the conversation.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When not pontificating on the future of the industry, you can usually find him either in the gym or on the lake with his two grown “boys” and his wife of 25 years.
Lisa Gedmin
Industry Principal - Insurance, RealPage, Inc.Lisa Gedmin is a multifamily industry veteran with 35+ years experience in multifamily operations, marketing and 15 years in risk mitigation. Lisa has worked for Trammel Crow Residential Services, The Finger Companies, as well as Assurant and SureDeposit. Lisa joined RealPage as part of the 2019 acquisition of LeaseTerm Solutions and has been integral in crafting insurance solutions for our clients. Lisa was a national property and casualty producer as well as a surplus lines broker. During her career in operations, Lisa held a CPM designation with IREM and is a member of Mensa.
Lisa is married with three adult sons and has three French bulldogs who run the Gedmin household. She is a CASA volunteer advocating for children placed in foster care and finds this work challenging but heart fulfilling.
