Innovations That Elevate Property Operations

Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.

Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.

She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.

Chris Cranfill is the Director of Sustainability and Smart Water Solutions at RealPage and has been with the company since 2012.  Prior to RealPage, Chris spent 17 years at IBM and 2.5 years at CloudOne, a SaaS startup, building and leading technical sales teams and go-to-market initiatives across the United States and Canada.  In his current role, Chris is responsible for product development, implementation, and account management of RealPage’s Sustainability Services and Smart Water solutions which includes SaaS, IoT, and AI-based technologies that identify utility cost/usage anomalies and alerts property staff of potential water leaks and wasted energy loads across the multifamily market.  With over 25 years of experience in building and delivering Cloud, SaaS, and IoT solutions, Chris is very passionate about building and delivering ESG & Sustainability solutions for the multifamily market that enables customers to achieve their ESG & Sustainability goals and provide actionable data insights that allows portfolios to track trending, reduce energy usage, and quickly address leaks with IoT alerts.

Paul has over 20 years of product leadership, strategy and general management experience. Most recently, he was Vice President Product with CoreLogic, North America’s leading integrated solution provider for real estate, mortgage and insurance providers. Before joining CoreLogic, he spent 14 years in leadership positions at Mitchell International, a provider of software and software-enabled services to clients within the property insurance and collision repair industries. Paul has experience in growing enterprise software solutions, scaling organizations and driving strategic transformation.

Sara is responsible for product management and operations for all RealPage Spend and Vendor Management solutions including OpsTechnology, Vendor Credentialing, Vendor Marketplace, eSupply GPO, Vendor Compliance Services and SmartSource Accounting Services.  Sara has been with RealPage for over 13 years and has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She’s focused on leading product and operations teams to achieve company goals and delivering strategic metrics to maintain workflow success for clients. 

A dedicated RealPager for more than 26 years, Dawn is driven by a passion for innovations focusing on automation and integrated solutions. Her journey has woven together deep expertise from developing in our Screening group to OneSite core, databases, Payments and now to leading product management for the Utility and Sustainability Management platform. With her foundation in AI and accounting, she has blended her deep knowledge of RealPage to craft unique solutions tackling client and internal challenges. Her core expertise is a blend of project management, new feature design and ongoing enhancement of the product suite. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, Dawn has led RealPage to successfully deliver client-centric results, reinforcing RealPage's commitment to delivering the capstone products in the utility and sustainability sectors.
