Danielle Rivers began her career with Camden Property Trust in 2006. Through her 17 years in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) arena, Danielle has served in multiple capacities within Operations, Camden’s Contact Center and Business Services. In her current role as the Director of Business Services, Danielle is a liaison between Camden and RealPage, and is responsible for the implementation of new products. Danielle’s projects have included the implementation of DocuSign with Document Management, Facilities Mobile, Active Building and streamlining Centralized Task. Danielle earned a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Gina Carter, CAM, CAPS, NALP
Vice President of Portfolio Operations, Blue Ridge CompaniesAs the Vice President of Portfolio Operations, Gina Carter is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that promote the optimal performance of Blue Ridge’s multifamily portfolio. Gina began her career at Blue Ridge in 2001 and transitioned to the corporate headquarters five years later.
Gina has experience in all levels of property management from Leasing to Operations. Gina’s intimate knowledge of the leasing process and expertise in all facets of property management systems administration is as a vital element in Blue Ridge’s management platform. Gina has taken the lead role in the portfolio-wide deployment of programs, such as Online Leasing, Spend Management and, most recently, our Paperless Office initiative to ensure that Blue Ridge’s onsite management teams have the necessary resources to achieve the goals set by owners, investors and third-party management, clients.
Gina holds the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credentials through the National Apartment Association (NAA) and is a member of the National Apartment Association Educational Institute (NAAEI) Faculty, as well as an Education Advisory Board (EAB) appointee (2023). Gina is also a graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum Program and serves on the NAA Technology Committee as the Education Subcommittee Chair. Besides being an active member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, Gina also serves as co-chair of the RealPage Steering Committee.
When Gina married her high school sweetheart, instead of taking a honeymoon her whole family went fishing. She and her husband have two beautiful boys, who are active in their local sports teams. Gina has now worked at Blue Ridge for more than half of her life.
Robin Flagler
President, AION ManagementRobin Flagler is President of AION Management and oversees all operations of over 21,000 apartments across 72 properties throughout seven states with a focus of bringing value to AION’s investors and partners. Robin has over thirty years of experience in asset repositioning and development projects with third party management companies, REIT’s, and owner/managed companies. Previously, Robin was Vice President of Operations at Kettler Management, where she oversaw a portfolio a portfolio of 42 properties in the mid-Atlantic region.
Robin serves on the Board of Directors for PAA and NJAA as well we the Real Estate/Property Management boards for Virginia Tech, Drexel University and Ball State. She is a NAAEI Faculty Member for the National Apartment Association where she, not only, assists in development of designation curriculums but also teaches many students annually on obtaining their designations. She is a 2016 NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate. Robin holds both CAPS and CPM designations and has positioned AION Management to be an AMO (IREM Accredited Management Organization) Company.
Andrew Bowen
Vice President & Industry Principal, RealPage, Inc.Andrew Bowen serves RealPage customers and partners as a Vice President and Industry Principal dedicated to the Institutional and Build-to-Rent spaces. For over a decade, his focus has been on the tools that help investors and operators of multifamily real estate drive yield through better leveraging data and analytics.
Considered one of the experts on revenue management in multifamily, he is a regularly featured speaker on both the webcast and conference circuit, bringing a passion backed by over 20 years of operational experience to the conversation.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When not pontificating on the future of the industry, you can usually find him either in the gym or on the lake with his two grown “boys” and his wife of 25 years.
Jonathan Breakstone
Industry Principal, RealPageJonathan Breakstone is an Industry Principal, working directly with current and future partners to fully utilize RealPage data, technology and software solutions to optimize asset performance and realize asset strategies.
Prior to joining RealPage, Jonathan worked in management consulting in the multifamily industry as well as Deloitte Consulting. Jonathan brings over 15 years of management consulting experience in areas such as business development, strategic planning and C-level partnerships to exceed expectations. Jonathan is an expert in technology integration project management methodology.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics from California State University – East Bay.
Sara Jones
SVP, GM Spend & Vendor Management, RealPage, Inc.Sara is responsible for product management and operations for all RealPage Spend and Vendor Management solutions including OpsTechnology, Vendor Credentialing, Vendor Marketplace, eSupply GPO, Vendor Compliance Services and SmartSource Accounting Services. Sara has been with RealPage for over 13 years and has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She’s focused on leading product and operations teams to achieve company goals and delivering strategic metrics to maintain workflow success for clients.
Tracy Castleman
Director, Risk Management, RealPage, Inc.Tracy Castleman is a licensed Risk Manager, Insurance Agent and Claims Adjuster with over 15 years of experience specializing in the multi-family industry. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes as well as the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation issued by the International Risk Management Institute. She has provided her expertise in helping establish vendor-credentialing programs for over 200 property management companies.
Tracy Saffos
Industry Principal, Asset Optimization, RealPage, Inc.As an Industry Principal in the Asset Optimization group at RealPage, Tracy supports all Asset Optimization as well as Consumer Solutions. She joined RealPage in January 2014 after a 30-year career in multifamily real estate.
Tracy was Vice President of Operations for a 50,000 unit Multifamily REIT based in Denver where she was responsible for a portfolio of 10,000 units in California an Arizona. Responsible for 34 communities and revenues of over $142 million annually, she was awarded with the “Distinguished Service Award” and “Career Achievement Award” by this REIT.
Tracy also served as Vice President of Multifamily Operations for a 40,000 unit Diversified REIT. She managed a portfolio of over 9,500 units in Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama for which she was awarded the “Vice President of the Year” for exceptional financial and operational achievements.
Paul Rosenstein
SVP, GM, Property Management, RealPage, Inc.Paul has over 20 years of product leadership, strategy and general management experience. Most recently, he was Vice President Product with CoreLogic, North America’s leading integrated solution provider for real estate, mortgage and insurance providers. Before joining CoreLogic, he spent 14 years in leadership positions at Mitchell International, a provider of software and software-enabled services to clients within the property insurance and collision repair industries. Paul has experience in growing enterprise software solutions, scaling organizations and driving strategic transformation.
Spencer White
SVP, GM, Utility Management & Sustainability Solutions, RealPage, Inc.Spencer brings more than 30 years' experience driving innovation, transformation and growth to RealPage's Utility & Sustainability Management solutions group. He is recognized as a pioneer and innovator in the fields of digital payments, billing solutions and SaaS-enabled business models. Prior to joining RealPage, Spencer held multiple business management, product and business development leadership positions across large global corporations such as AT&T, Fiserv & Philips. As well as a range of technology start-ups, including Softcard & Payouts Network. Spencer is a U.S. Army veteran and holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelors of Science: Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.
