Doreen M. Donovan

Vice President of Subsidy Administration and Software Support, Peabody Properties

Doreen Donovan, Vice President of Subsidy Administration and Software Support, joined Peabody Properties in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President of Subsidy Administration and Software Support. Primary responsibilities are to assist in establishing company policies and procedures,  provide software support for Real Page Products, oversee federal subsidy administration, and assist in training, education and staff development. Doreen has 40+ years of real estate experience in multifamily asset and property management. Prior to joining Peabody, Doreen worked with Corcoran Jennison/CMJ Management as a VP of Operations and Compliance and was an Asset Management Officer for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.

Doreen is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); certified as a National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHP-e®); and a Specialist of Housing Credit Management (SHCM) with the National Affordable Housing Management Association and as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) with the National Builders Association. Her recognitions include NEAHMA’s NAHP executive of the year in 2008 and IREM’s CPM of the year in 2005. She is an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate and currently serves or has served as a board member, committee chairperson/participant and trainer for several industry groups, such as IREM, NAHMA, National Leased Housing and NEAHMA. 

Jill Whitmore

Vice President of Finance, Monroe Group

Jill Whitmore, Vice President of Finance for Monroe Group, graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to starting her career in Affordable Housing, she completed a four-year obligation in the United States Army as a Finance Officer. Jill started working in multifamily property management with what was then known as AIMCO, working in the Financial Reporting side of Affordable Housing. She then moved into the Operations Finance Group and also spent some time working on Property HAP Renewal Contracts, leading a team that vouchered for a portfolio of over 200+ Section 8 and Tax Credit properties. After 10 years at AIMCO, Jill joined Monroe Group and has been over the property accounting, reporting, and investor relations functions ever since. 


Dan Newbern

Vice President, Financial Suite, RealPage, Inc.

With over 20 years in technology and operations, Dan Newbern joined RealPage in 2016. As the Vice President of the RealPage Financial Suite, Dan brings innovative and customer-focused leadership to the Accounting and Budgeting products for our customers. Prior to RealPage, Dan led multinational ERP teams for one of the largest financial system companies in the United States and EU.
