Are Your Commercial Operations Too Hot or Too Cold?
Ever wonder if not using the same property management software (PMS) across all your commercial properties could be limiting your abilities to unlock yield, achieve organizational efficiency and who knows what else? Does your current PMS leave you cold with limited scalability and features, and raise your temperature because it’s hard to use and doesn’t deliver the data you need in a way that works best for you?
RealPage® Commercial Property Management will show you the true importance of having a PMS that can not only scale but expand its capabilities when and where you need them.
Join RealPage Commercial Property Management experts Kim Maddox, RealPage Vice President Commercial; and Bruce Hezlep, RealPage Senior Sales Engineer, for part two of our Commercial Property Management webcast series. They’ll showcase how we can provide you with consolidated reporting, common area maintenance (CAM) recoveries, corporate accounting, dashboards, chart types and more so you can see how our software can be the perfect temperature.
Webcast highlights include:
- “Test-driving” the software
- Learning how we help you deliver the right data at the right time, when and how stakeholders need it
- See why you should never have to switch from property accounting to corporate accounting
