(May 26, 1999) – RealPage, Inc., the leading provider of multifamily property management software and services, was presented a 1999 FastTech 50 Award as one of the fastest-growing high technology companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The award was given during the seventh annual FastTech 50 awards reception held May 20. The event, sponsored by Arthur Andersen, the Dallas Business Journal, and Sevin Rosen Funds, recognizes industry leaders whose vision and enterprise continue to challenge the status quo. The top 50 companies are ranked by percentage of revenue growth during the previous fiscal year.
“We are very honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Jim Melson, president and CEO of RealPage. “We are very proud of the response the real estate industry has had to our DOS and Windows software, and we are committed to continuing our support of these platforms even as we engineer exciting new Web-based applications.”
RealPage, Inc. offers products and services to handle the entire management process for both affordable and conventional properties, including applicant screening, accounting, budgeting, property management, facilities, marketing, and compliance reporting. Its DOS and Windows products operate on a range of standard platforms, including Windows 95 and Windows NT. The company also develops and delivers proprietary Web-based applications that enhance client information management capabilities.
