This is a very important issue that affects millions of individuals who rely on affordable housing. I look forward to seeing the results of the Administration’s pilot programs which will look at ways to make owning, managing and developing affordable rental housing more attractive. We support all of these initiatives that will help owners and property managers better serve their residents and maintain compliance with federal regulations.”
