RealPage Executive Announcement: Mike Sabbatis

Appointed to Group Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer

(NASDAQ: RP), a leading provider of on-demand software (Software-as-a-Service) and software-enabled services to the rental housing industry, today announced the appointment of Mike Sabbatis to the role of group vice president, Chief Revenue Officer, reporting directly to Steve Winn, chairman and CEO of RealPage. Sabbatis will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the implementation, support, training, sales and marketing teams. Sabbatis will also utilize his depth of experience to influence short-term and long-term revenue generation, as well as overall corporate strategy. As a result, Sabbatis will ensure that the entire organization has the direction, information and resources needed to improve client success as well as drive continued adoption of the Company’s solutions.

Sabbatis joins RealPage from CCH Tax and Accounting, a division of Wolters Kluwer, where he served as president and CEO. Responsible for their software, information and services division, Sabbatis drove best-in-class solutions, led new product innovation and acquired multiple technology assets resulting in consistent revenue growth and record results. He currently serves on the boards of XCM Solutions, LLC, as well as Doc.It, which provides technology enabled solutions in workflow and document management. Prior to these roles, Sabbatis served as Executive Vice President of global sales & marketing at Wolters Kluwer and held similar roles at Thomson Reuters.
