MILWAUKEE BUSINESS JOURNAL (December 26, 2016) – Milwaukee landlords cut their monthly rental rates for high-rise apartments by 4.4 percent over the past year, according to a report by RealPage.
The analysis looked at 3,300 apartment units in the Milwaukee market, and ranked the city’s cuts fifth-highest in the country. The average monthly rent for high-rise apartments was $1,282 in the Milwaukee market, according to the RealPage report.
