DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL (December 30, 2016) – Developers in North Texas plan to deliver more than 30,000 apartments in the new year, which is a 46 percent year-over-year growth, according to MPF Research. The influx of apartments will likely slow the pace of rental increases.
