DALLAS MORNING NEWS (November 18, 2017) – Dallas-area apartment rent increases slowed dramatically in October.
Average apartment rents in the Dallas area were 1.7 percent higher last month than in October 2016. That’s less than the nationwide annual increase of 2.1 percent, according to a new report from Richardson-based Axiometrics.
