A sample of the eye-opening statistics from our report:
- 98% of renters think property managers should offer a loyalty program for on-time rent payments that would provide points to be used for rent payments, groceries, gas, personal care, etc.
- 93% were interested in flexible payment schedules (biweekly, bimonthly, weekly, etc.) rather than an in-full, once-a-month payment
