Dr. Michael Hollar is a senior economist with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He received a BA in Economics from Wittenberg University and Ph.D. in Economics from the George Washington University. Dr. Hollar works on public finance issues for the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R), including analysis of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and economic impact analysis of HUD-issued regulations. Dr. Hollar also manages HUD’s LIHTC tenant and property data collections and designates Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) and Difficult Development Areas (DDAs) for the LIHTC program.
Trevor Samios

Samios is the Chair of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Affordable Housing Committee and serves on the board of directors for the YMCA of Greater Boston and B’nai B’rith Housing.
Jay Parsons

Barry Weaver
Vice President of Affordable Product, RealPage, Inc.Barry has over 30 years of experience in affordable housing leadership and management. He has managed a full spectrum of real estate for both non-profit and for-profit owners including HUD 202, Section 236, 221 (d) (3), Bond, HOME, Hope VI, LIHTC, Rural Development, Congregate Care, Assisted Living and Market-rate properties. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®); a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP®); a National Affordable Housing Management Professional – Executive (NAHP-e); a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM); and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Barry is a national speaker and trainer on sustainability and green property management. He earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Social Welfare and a B.A. in Sociology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
