• 128 Megabyte RAM or higher
• 10 Gigabyte hard drive or higher
• DOS-compatible laser printer
• SVGA monitor
• 56 Kbps connection speed or faster (Ex. DSL or cable modem)
• 3.5-inch disk drive
• CD-ROM drive

Minimum requirements for RealPage software products:

• Windows® 98 or higher for TRACS submissions
• Windows® 2000 Service Pack 4 for HUDManager, HUDManager Plus, MicroHUD, MicroHUD/RENT and HFAManager
• 64 Megabyte RAM or higher
• 10 Gigabyte hard drive or higher
• DOS-compatible laser printer
• VGA monitor
• 28.8 Kbps modem
• 3.5-inch disk drive
• CD-ROM drive

All software users: Be aware that RealPage does not support Windows® Me as an operating system environment. Also, keep in mind that all RealPage DOS software products require 100% DOS-compatible modems and printers.

Compliance users: Be aware that due to communications requirements of HUD's TRACSMail service, a dial-up modem is required and may suffer from conflicts in the presence of additional high-speed internet connections.
