Merge Field Description - (i.e. Provides a list of transaction descriptions for transactions on the resident ledger for the current month including the period beginning balance.)
Detailed Desctiption of Data - This area would include details about where the data comes from in the product with details and or examples about exceptions and special conditions (i.e. If the merge field is an Applicant merge field it may pull different data if the applicant is on the waitlist.)

Repeater Field
What is a Repeater Field? Repeater fields are special Mail Merge fields that return a list of items, such as pet names and weights, assignable items, and rentable items. For example, if a resident has five pets that are entered in OneSite, the letter will list the pet names and weights, if you insert these particular repeater Mail Merge fields into your form letter.
