The Resident Connection

The Resident Portal is always open, giving student residents a sense of community, and letting them make payments, renew their leases, reserve facilities, report maintenance issues, and more, all online!

Quick guest cards.
The streamlined guest card feature makes it easy to collect the information you need about prospects and visitors. For students who know they want to room together, the system copies the preference information so your people have to enter it only once – even if the roommates visit the property on different days.

Make-readies made simple.
RealPage Student Living is fully integrated with RealPage’s OneSite Facilities, so make-ready requests are triggered automatically when residents give notice, and maintenance personnel can promptly perform their inspections and make-readies. Less paperwork, more efficiency!

While they're waiting.
RealPage Student Living makes it easy and painless to manage your waitlist. You can screen the students and/or guarantors prior to placing them on the waitlist, so you won’t be occupying slots with unqualified applicants. And when it comes time to assign units, the bulk unit assignment feature lets you do it quickly and easily, based on the students’ requested floor plans.

Quick quotes with
flexible expirations Your leasing professionals can quickly produce quotes that include floor plans and associated pricing, along with diagrams. And because students usually look for housing far ahead of their expected move-in date, the quote feature accommodates flexible expiration dates.

Flexible lease options, too.
Leases can be set up with your choice of rent payment options (monthly, by semester, annually, etc.) – and your choice of pro-rated or nonprorated. The system can even accommodate multiple leases on the same unit, for different time periods. So, for example, you can lease a unit for the summer, even when there’s already a lease on it for the upcoming semester. And students can renew for upcoming semesters before they’ve even moved inunder their current semester’s lease.
