- Inventory Report
This report provides a detailed list of delivery inventory and keys out inventory. Properties can quickly view the number of delivered items on hand, the recipient of each item, the location of each item, and specifics as to type (dry cleaning, floral, etc.). The report also indicates the number of keys out, the key holders, the times picked up, and whether the keys are overdue.
- Open Events Aging Report
This report provides a detailed list of open delivery events and/or open key events. Properties can quickly view which items have not been picked up, and which keys are still outstanding. A breakdown by number of days is also included on the report to indicate how long the items have been on hand or out with a guests/visitors.
- Package Delivery Analysis Report
This report assists managers in analyzing delivery volume and trends. It breaks down the number of deliveries each hour, day, week, month, etc. This will aid managers in scheduling administrative staff.
Comprehensive Record Keeping
Records the number of items delivered, broken down into customer-specified categories. Tracks partial pickup of deliveries and changes in item location. Records key availability and non-resident access to residences. Records specific guest information such as whether the guest has his or her own key; is authorized for lockout assistance; should be announced; may receive a key, and if so, the frequency a key may be picked up. Date and time is recorded for each activity and signatures are included as part of the record.
