Electronic Reporting for OneSite Leasing & Rents Tax Credits provides the ability to produce the necessary unit status reports for compliance reporting to state agencies. The timeframe for the reports can be manipulated to fit your particular compliance period requirements. The proper XML output can be produced for those sites that require that file format for upload to their state agency’s online compliance tool. An Excel version of the report can also be generated in order to validate the data before submitting it to the state. This process gives you confidence that OneSite will keep your sites in compliance.
Some states use third party vendors to collect these compliance reports while others build their own tools. RealPage works closely with state agencies and their software vendors to ensure that we are extracting accurate data from OneSite as required by the state.
