The above third-party applications are all available for download free of charge from the relevant company web sites.
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word⁽⁶⁾
For printing system-generated letters and notices, Microsoft Word 2000 or later is required. For using Quick Start or RealPage Assisted data conversion processes, Excel 2000 or later is required. For generating electronic compliance reports from OneSite Leasing & Rents Tax Credits, a minimum of Microsoft Office Professional Excel 2003 or Microsoft Office Professional Excel 2007 is required.
Audio hardware⁽⁷⁾
For ON-DEMAND Learning, CrossFire Call Center, and CrossFire Leads, a Windows-compatible sound card with speakers or headphones is required.
Printer
Any type of printer as long as it supports letter quality printing. For OneSite Accounting, a laser printer is recommended to print checks because OneSite Accounting prints specialized coding on checks called the MICR code. This printer should not use a Postscript printer driver.
Check Scanner⁽⁸⁾
The RDM EC7000i Check Scanner is required for the use of processing checks with OneSite Payments. It requires a minimum Microsoft Windows operating system of Windows 2000 Professional with service pack 4 or Windows XP Professional with service pack 2.
Firewalls/proxy servers
If your computer is behind a firewall and/or proxy server, it must be configured to allow download and installation of small ActiveX controls or browser plug-ins. This is required for both OneSite and for some of the items listed under "Third-party applications," above. The firewall and/or proxy server must also allow outbound connections over standard Internet ports 21, 80, and 443, and must not block returns to those connections. Internet connections directly to an ISP (rather than to a corporate network) are normally configured with settings that will allow OneSite to work properly.

⁽¹⁾ Though the minimum requirements will allow you to run OneSite, they are well below the standard computer configuration offered today.

⁽²⁾ All other "recommended" and "critical" updates from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com should be downloaded and installed, along with periodic checks for new updates.

⁽³⁾ Microsoft Internet Explorer

	^(a) Should be configured with the default settings. Use of the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) to preconfigure browser settings is discouraged due to difficulties with troubleshooting.
	^(b) Should be a full installation, including all components.
	^(c) Must be installed to use 128-bit encryption. This can be confirmed in Internet Explorer by choosing �About� on the �Help� menu. The cipher strength shown should be 128-bit.
	^(d) "Preview" or "beta" releases of any version are not supported.
	^(e) Service pack 2 is required to view reports using Acrobat Reader.

⁽⁴⁾ Performance on 56 kbps dial-up modem connections will vary with actual connection speed.

⁽⁷⁾ ON-DEMAND Learning is multimedia enriched with instructional narration and sound effects. Closed-caption text is available for use by hearing-impaired users. CrossFire offers off-site leasing professionals answering overflow and after-hours leasing and service calls. Calls can be recorded for both site and agent answered calls and stored digitally for later review.

⁽⁸⁾ Workstations must have administrative login to the computer in which the scanner will be installed and have a USB port.
