The resident’s maintenance history is tracked so that recurring issues can be identified. Residents can even report multiple issues in a single service request.

Property Service Requests—Keep your property well maintained using OneSite Facilities property service requests. Each request can be used to track progress on multiple service requests for a particular project. Set appointments and due dates for each request. Generate service requests for every unit on the property, for multiple units you select, for a building, or for any common area you define.

Make-Ready—The make-ready list of tasks usually performed to prepare a unit for a new resident can be customized in OneSite Facilities. Any move-out or transfer that is processed in OneSite Leasing & Rents automatically creates a new make-ready. A make-ready can also be initiated manually. Each new make-ready will automatically generate the standard list of service requests to be completed.

Maintenance Staff Management—OneSite Facilities helps you manage your property maintenance staff. Each member of your maintenance staff can be associated with a maintenance group so that you can identify his or her skills or calculate labor costs. Reports are provided to summarize the maintenance activities at the property, an important first step in understanding your maintenance costs.
