Mobile Service Requests Version 2.2

Mobile Service Requests version 2.2 is available for download. To determine which version is currently installed on your Pocket PC, open the Mobile Service Request application on your handheld device and then click the ‘About’ screen button. If the build field does not show 2.2.6.10.1, then your device does not have the latest version. Please follow the below steps to get the latest version of the software.

Use the following steps to download the OneSite Mobile Service Requests application to the Pocket PC.

Note: Make sure internet connectivity exists on the Pocket PC.

1. Contact your sales representative to add the mobile service requests option for your property.
2. Using your Pocket PC, start Internet Explorer and enter the URL:

   http://www.realpage.com/pocketpc

3. The RealPage Pocket PC installation page displays with instructions. Follow the four step instructions that display.
4. First, check with your Pocket PC manufacturer to determine which operating system your Pocket PC uses. Then, select the correct operating system for your Pocket PC device.
5. Next, select if you are a Current Mobile SR user or a New Mobile SR user from the type of user drop list.
6. Then, click on the link(s) that display, in order from top to bottom, to install Mobile Service Requests. NOTE: If you are a current Mobile 5 user, follow the prerequisite instructions prior to installing the new Mobile SR 2.2 file.
   

   NOTE: After clicking on the Mobile SR 2.2 link, an End User License Agreement will display. You must read it and click on the ‘I accept’ checkbox before downloading the Mobile Service Requests software.

7. Finally, after clicking on all applicable links and installing the software on your pocket PC, the mobile service requests application is ready to use. You will need to perform a full setup the first time you run the application.
