Whether you’re using our products for the first time or transitioning to new ones, RealPage is standing by to help.   • Project Management - Plan, coordinate, document, facilitate, communicate
  • Business Process Evaluation - Evaluate and document changes in current business processes
  • Business Model Development/ iGuide Meetings - Create/refine OneSite business models (do the work or train client on how to handle)
  • Data Conversions - Refine conversion procedures and plan out conversion schedule
  • Application Management Procedures - Design and implement procedures for on-going application management activities such as change management, release management, etc.
  • Configuration Standardization - Document application configuration and work with Operations to standardize configuration options across portfolio
  • Application Training/Support - Design and implement procedures for training and support
  • Issues/Enhancements - Make decisions regarding issue resolution, prioritize issues, log and track, report on weekly
  • Additional Interfaces - Order and implement interfaces for General Ledger & Accounts Payable, utility billing, resident refunds, collections, etc.
  • Implementation Plan - Create overall plan for multi-product center roll-out
