OneSite Accounting Cash Management

The OneSite Accounting Cash Management application enables users to automate the approval and routing processes for payments, schedule future payment dates, as well as pay record, and reconcile bank or credit card transactions.

Because it is fully Internet-based, the Cash Management application allows accounting outsourcers and the financial staff of multi-location small and midsize property managers to remotely manage corporate cash accounts including checking, savings, and charge accounts.

Its sophisticated functionality provides users with the ability to transfer funds between accounts, create credits against and deposits them, draft checks, make credit card payments, create deposit slips, and reconcile accounts—all in real-time.

Cash Management also offers a comprehensive set of control reports including registers and reconciliation reports. The Cash Management application is included at no additional cost with the required General Ledger application.
