Best practices are business processes that have proven their superiority in multiple real-world settings. Site Audits

Site audits are generally conducted after your properties have been using OneSite for at least three months. At this time, our solution consultants can provide the following services to ensure that your properties are operating as efficiently as possible:

  • Review and validate transaction codes
  • Review and validate user setup and customized roles
  • Review and validate loss-to-lease, gain-to-lease, and vacancy transactions
  • Review and reconcile OneSite Leasing & Rents month-end to your general ledger
  • Review and validate custom forms and notices

Executive or Regional Manager Sessions

Our solution consultants can provide custom consulting sessions or webinars for members of your management team. This is tailored to the needs and time constraints of management: more detailed than a product demo, but not as detailed as the full new-user training provided by the RealPage training department. Subjects include:

  • Report analysis
  • Task scheduling
  • New setup and product functionality options
  • Best practice strategies from product and industry experts

Additional Services

Conversion Assistance
Under normal circumstances, your company and property staff would work with the RealPage migrations department to convert your properties from your current property management system to OneSite. However, you may instead arrange to have your solution consultant perform the tasks your staff would normally perform.

Post-Migration Assistance
You can choose to have your RealPage solution consultant manage or perform the post-migration tasks that would normally be handled by your staff. These include verification of your system configurations and site-level setup, as well as a general audit of the floor plans, units, residences, and ledgers. You can also arrange an optional post-migration workshop with the RealPage training department.

Retrofit Work
Retrofit work includes substantial changes to system setup options and configurations. This is typically necessary if your company buys a property using OneSite from another company, in which case you will need to retrofit your chart of accounts, transaction codes, and other business policies to the new property. Retrofit work may also be required if your company needs to make significant changes in these areas across your entire portfolio.

Custom Letters & Notices
You can create custom forms, letters, and notices with OneSite Leasing & Rents. At your request, your RealPage solution consultant can troubleshoot your existing custom documents or help you create new ones.

OneSite Document Management with Electronic Signatures
You can set up trustworthy storage of electronic records and other digital information required for compliance and digital signature workflow. At your request, your RealPage consultant can provide project management, merge field validation, and process definition.
