OneSite Core Implementation

We offer three different levels of support for implementing the OneSite core suite (Leasing & Rents, Facilities, and Purchasing). Simply choose the level that’s right for you based on your budget and internal resources.

1. Managed Implementation

This is our highest level of support, designed specifically for companies preferring that RealPage handle as much of the implementation as possible. You’ll designate an authorized representative who will provide your solution consultant with the information needed to plan and execute your product deployment from beginning to end.

RealPage services include:

• Comprehensive project management
• Customization of system configurations
• Identification of opportunities for process reengineering
• User security review
• Conversion and training scheduling
• Data entry and/or migration
• Site-level operations review and data support
• Formal transition to ongoing account management and support

2. Joint Implementation

Joint implementation is a “shared” approach to implementation, with your company and your solution consultant each taking on an equal share of responsibilities.

RealPage services include:

• Training your staff to customize the default system configurations
• Scheduling of training and migration dates
• Training on the data migration process and project management tasks

Client prerequisites include:

• Strong project management experience
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft® Excel
• Strong knowledge of company business practices and legacy software
• One dedicated professional, 20 hours per week, for each 20 properties

3. Assisted Implementation

Assisted implementation is designed for owners or managers of small portfolios (one to seven properties) who are not deploying OneSite Accounting. Your solution consultant will train you on customizing the default configurations, and developing deployment and training plans. You can perform your own data migration, or contract with RealPage to do it for you. To request information, fill out the Solution Consulting Information Request form.
