Wynn Las Vegas, opened in April 2005 as an elegant oasis. The rooms and suites set a new standard of hospitality in Las Vegas�lavishly appointed with plush, European linens and bedding�chic, cosmopolitan areas that offer unbelievable views of the sparkling Las Vegas strip or the Wynn Las Vegas golf course�marble that covers every surface in the bathrooms�and flat-screen televisions that can be found in both the living and bath areas.

Guests can make shopping a full-time activity at Wynn Las Vegas, which has international shopping boutiques that include Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Manolo Blahnik, Dior, Cartier, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Oscar de la Renta. Guests can even purchase a Ferrari or Maserati at an on-site dealership.

The Wynn Las Vegas features 22 bars and restaurants, an art gallery, a 45-room spa, a full fitness facility, high-end shopping, and an 18-hole signature golf course.

Hotel Reservations

Please make hotel reservations by calling the Wynn Las Vegas reservation�s department at (866) 770-7555.

A one night�s deposit (plus tax) will be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking. A $50 charge will be added for each guest room over double occupancy.

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 12:00 P.M.

Discounted Room Rates

Rooms are available at the low rate of $179 per night, plus tax, through June 18. To ensure that you receive this rate, please reserve your room early and be sure to mention the 2008 RealPage User Conference.

Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals

Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $200 for each nights stay to cover incidentals. The pre-authorization will take place up front (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $600.00 when you check in).

If you do not provide a credit card, the hotel will require a cash deposit of $300.00 per night for incidentals. The pre-authorization will take place up front (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, you will be required to put down a $900 cash deposit).

If you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and will be withdrawn upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, the one night�s deposit will be charged to your credit card.

American Airlines Discounts

Ground Transportation

The Wynn Las Vegas Resort is approximately 10 miles from the McCarran International Airport.

Bell Trans and CLS Las Vegas offer airport shuttle bus service (shared ride) from McCarran International Airport. The cost is $6 per person one way (the price is subject to change without notice.) You may purchase vouchers from the Bell Trans or CLS booths located outside baggage area doors 9 and 13 or pay the driver cash.

You may contact Bell Trans at (702) 739-7990 or CLS at (702) 740-4050. Ground transportation shuttles operate seven days a week and are located outside of the baggage claim area.
