Before acquiring RealPage, Steve was president of Research Institute of America (RIA), the largest provider of information services to the accounting industry, with more than $300 million in annual revenue. He was also president and CEO of Computer Language Research, a publicly traded company that was a leader in tax compliance, tax research, and accounting software. Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people in the accounting industry. His foresight led to the development of the largest web-based application in the accounting industry, supporting more than 100,000 accountants in the United States. Similar technology is now being applied to develop RealPages on-demand systems for the multifamily industry.
Steve is a member of the board of directors of the National Multi Housing Council and a member of the Real Estate Council. He has also served as a member of the Stanford University Sloan Board, the American Business Conference, St. Marks Board of Trustees, and the American Electronics Association. As a nationally recognized expert on multifamily issues, Steve has spoken at such events as the National Apartment Association Education Conference and Expo, Multi-Housing World, the Multifamily Trends Conference, the Real Estate Council Conference Group, the National Multi Housing Council Technology Conference, the U.S. Apartment Market Conference, and the Texas Apartment Market Conference.
In January 2002, Steve was one of five people recognized by the National Apartment Association as a true leader in the multifamily industry. In January 2006, Multifamily Executive magazine named Steve as one of the 30 men and women who are shaping the multifamily industry.

Prior to joining RealPage, he served as CEO and group vice president for TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, a business unit of TransUnion LLC. Before that, Britti was the CEO and founder of CreditRetriever LLC and RentPort LLC prior to a merger of the companies with TransUnion. He also has held senior-level sales positions at successful start-ups, including OpsTechnology (now a wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage), SafeRent, and One Point Communication. Additionally, as a vice president at two of the nation's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts-Archstone Communities and National Housing Partnerships-Britti developed new revenue-producing services designed for the multifamily industry. He was lead inventor for several patents, including a process for accumulating rental payment data so it could be added to a consumer's credit report.

Prior to joining RealPage, he was the founder of LeasingDesk insurance services where he was president and chief executive officer. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of ancillary services for Western National Group in Irvine, California. He held various positions throughout his tenure at Western National, including vice president of Resident Group Services, where he developed and managed resident screening, renters insurance, and corporate housing for several companies. Dirk also founded 3Plus, a Western National-owned company that focused on the development of supplementary resident services for the companys property portfolio and third-party clients. Dirk is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of ancillary tenant services in MDUs and the founding member of the MDU Consortium advisory council.

Prior to co-founding OpsTechnology, he served as Vice President of Operations at Crest Asset Management Inc., where he successfully managed a portfolio of assets, including several thousand apartment units under various stages of development. Sukhi was involved in day-to-day property operations, including management, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and staffing. He was also Director of Development at Twin Cities Contracting Inc., where he was directly responsible for all phases of the redevelopment process including design, contractor management, and procurement. Sukhi received a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

While at etalk, Tim led the successful recapitalization, return to profitability, and eventual sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to etalk, Tim served as executive vice president and CFO for F.Y.I Incorporated, a market leader in document and information outsourcing solutions, where he oversaw the financial operations and relationships with the investor communities as well as corporate information technology. During Tim’s five plus years at F.Y.I. Incorporated, the company successfully completed its IPO and grew revenues and net income in excess of 60 percent annually. The company’s market capitalization grew from approximately $50 million at IPO to approximately $850 million five years later. Tim’s prior experience also includes senior positions with Arthur Andersen LLP and Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation. Tim has been a certified public accountant in the state of Texas since 1985.

Leslie oversees all online leasing and resident portal products.
