OneSite Affordable Training

Training is essential to the successful implementation of any new software program. Ideally, each new OneSite user would attend an instructor-led class taught by a RealPage professional trainer. This option is highly recommended and has proven to be the most successful when it comes to information retention.

However, in order to accommodate different management structures and their various staffing models, we also offer self-paced training.

To assist you in determining the best training option for you, we have outlined the new user training agenda as well as the three training options currently available.

OneSite Leasing & Rents Affordable with Waitlist Training Agenda

• Instructor-led training is our most highly recommended training solution.
• The New User Training is a 3-day class. During this class, a RealPage instructor will guide you through hands-on exercises that cover all of the daily processing activities that one would perform in OneSite.
• By the end of the New User Training you will be proficient in performing the following processes in OneSite.

Training Options

1. Open Workshops
   

   This option provides a cost-effective way to train a small number of people. Classes are composed of students from multiple companies. For your convenience, we will be hosting hands-on training workshops at our RealPage training facility as well as most major metropolitan areas around the country.

2. Private Workshops

   Private training delivers the same 3-day hands-on new user curriculum as the open workshops; however, this option is designed for companies that need to train 8 to 12 students at one time. A RealPage trainer will travel to a training location of your choice or we can reserve a New Horizons training facility for you.

3. Self-Paced Training

   Are you an independent learner? If so, we have the perfect solution for you. We'll send the training materials to your front door and a give you access to the online training database. Complete your hands-on training at home, at your own pace.

   Once you have registered for this program, you will first attend a Self-Paced training orientation web seminar.

   When you have completed the orientation, you will be sent a Self-Paced Training manual and provided 2 weeks access to an OneSite training property.

   The Self-Paced Training manual will guide you through the same hands-on exercises outlined above in the OneSite Leasing & Rents Affordable with Waitlist training agenda.

   E-mail support is also provided during your 2 week training period.
