10/26/2006 Some anomalies have surfaced since the release of RHSManager 2000 version 1.5.1. Hot Fix 3287 addresses these anomalies. You can download Hot Fix 3287 from the Downloads page.

On August 14, 2006, RealPage released RHSManager 2000 v.1.5.1, which is now available for download. CDs will be mailed to customers August 28 through August 31.

This version includes the new forms 3560-8 and 3560-29, as well as the mandated changes to Rural Development’s Industry Interface. RealPage strongly encourages you to install this compliance update immediately. The new form 3560-8 is required for submitting through MINC (Management Interactive Network Connection) system beginning October 1, 2006.

With this update, RHSManager 2000 conforms to the latest Rural Development Regulation 3560 Section 515 requirements. All changes listed below are fully detailed in the addendum to the user guide on the Downloads page.
